Meet our leadership
Our Committee gives its time and experience to celebrate Filipino culture, support local families and build strong partnerships across Cheshire East.
Chairperson
Pauline provides the leadership and vision for CEFC. She leads community partnerships, governance and the annual Cheshire East Barrio Fiesta, with a strong commitment to inclusion, culture and community service.
Vice Chairperson
MaryGrace supports the Chairperson and helps coordinate community projects, volunteers and events. She plays an active role in delivering the Barrio Fiesta and welcoming people into the CEFC community.
Creative Designer & Visual Artist
Kat Sibayan is our talented creative designer and the artistic mind behind many of the visual elements of Cheshire East Barrio Fiesta. From our stage backdrop and grand entrance archway to other event artwork and decorations, Kat brings our ideas to life with creativity, colour and a wonderful understanding of Filipino culture. Her designs play an important part in creating the vibrant atmosphere that makes our Barrio Fiesta so special.
General Support & Operations
Gary is one of those invaluable people who is always ready to lend a hand. From setting up and moving equipment to sorting out last-minute jobs and helping wherever needed, Gary is our dependable all-rounder and problem-solver. He may work behind the scenes, but his willingness to take on just about anything plays an important part in making the Barrio Fiesta happen.
