A Filipino Christmas

Christmas Feels Like Home

Because no Filipino should celebrate Christmas alone.

For Filipinos, Christmas is not simply a date on the calendar—it is a feeling that lives in our hearts.

It is a season of joyful reunions, family gatherings, laughter around the table, delicious food, Christmas songs, exchanging gifts and giving thanks for another year of blessings.

Yet for many of us living here in the UK, Christmas can also be when we miss home the most. We miss our parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, lifelong friends and the familiar traditions that make Christmas in the Philippines so special.

That is why Cheshire East Filipino Community created Paskong Kay Saya – Paskong Sama-Sama. Whether you have lived in Cheshire for many years or have only recently arrived in the UK, you are already part of our family.

This Christmas, let us celebrate together and bring a little piece of home to Cheshire East.

Family FirstCelebrate with people who understand our traditions, culture and the true meaning of Filipino hospitality.
A Little Piece of HomeEnjoy familiar food, festive music, joyful laughter and the warmth of a Filipino Christmas here in the UK.
One CommunityMeet new friends, reconnect with old ones and welcome newcomers into our growing CEFC family.

This December, let us celebrate not only Christmas, but the friendships that make Cheshire East feel like home.
